Story of our restaurant

Slamin’ Sandos has been in the making for over a decade. Chef George Braun has had a love of sandwiches for as far back as he can remember. Growing up in New Jersey amongst some of the best diners and deli’s in the country, he always had access to phenomenal sandwiches thus inspiring him to create his own version of what is the best!

One thing we all know about a quality sandwich is that you can have the finest ingredients, but when put on mediocre bread, it all falls flat! That’s why Slamin’ Sandos has created a custom bread recipe that will put the rest to shame.

Once the bread was developed, it was time to mess around with some recipes. It all starts with a long process of curing, brining, smoking and braising. Almost all of our meats are prepared in house so that we can ensure the quality and flavor. Next, we pair all of the amazing meat with superior cheeses and fresh produce. Finally, we curate all of our sauces to really bring that sandwich home.
